Need help about inactive account

If my account on some PTC site suspended because of inactivity and after a certain time I create a new account with my second e-mails and carry on the work.

Does it is considered as cheating and creating dual accounts?

But this can be handled totally different on other sites. The best thing will be to contact their support and ask if its ok.

Absolutely not.
That is answered within our TOS by the way.

No ! probably you do not get it right what admin answer to Ivan who wants to know that if his account on some PTC sites is suspended because of inactivity and after some time he creates a new account with another e-mail is considered as cheating or multiple accounts. As it is normal for a fair and honest site here on Bucks24/7 after an account is canceled it is not a problem to open a new one and start again with the condition that the first account will be never active.
