The payout maximum percentage defines the amount you will be able to cash out in total.

So as per your example if you bought a 3 months Bronze upgrade for $5 you will be able to request a maximum of $7 (140%) as long as your Bronze membership remains active. Once you reached the maximum you will have to purchase more if you want to request more. Both upgrading/extending your membership and adding funds to your purchase balance will be count into this calculation.

I am the first time this month (November 2014) wrote to support. A little nervous, will answer quickly. But the answer came to me in the mail, all I asked in a letter fulfilled (rented referrals translate into direct), I am very happy. I think that even a novice understand how you can write our support:).
Maybe it seems silly, but I wanted to be able to transfer purchased direct referrals back to the rented because some of them do, I hurried straight.
But it is, on the little things. Basically, the work of this bux suits me 100%.

I am really sorry but this is not possible. Its only possible to convert rented referrals to direct referrals (when announced) but not vice versa.
