I am barely new here and i made 0.1647..I know its a bit slow as during weekdays I cannot do any PTCs due to my full time job. But I am working on and might consider renting referrals if thats possible. That way at least I can earn through referrals.

Dear rekhumy,
It is hard to get Rented Referrals here. Most of times you will see "0 Refs for Rent".
So, I will advise you, try to get some Direct Referrals.
And remain up to date with upcoming promotions, contests, bonuses etc to earn some extra income.
